I thought Kim Caves was able to help us be realistic in our search while trying to incorporate some of our dream aspects of a home. She was able to work with our crazy schedules and always willing to sit down to help or meet up as a new house. She made the buying process easy and pain free. It was like working with family.

Kim was very professional yet down to earth. She spent time explaining the process & promptly returned phone calls. Our house would not be a big profit for her but she gave it her full attention. She listened to our wishes but also gave us good advice.
